Marketing Development & Operations CoordinatorTarte Cosmetics is seeking a Coordinator for the Marketing Development & Operations team who possesses a combination of creative & strategic thinking. This is a multifaceted role responsible for working closely with the development team & the overall tarte assortment.Overview:This individual should have a proven track record of success working cross-functionally handling multiple projects simultaneously with an eye for details. This is an exciting opportunity to have insight into the full tarte collection & will be strategically managing new product launches.Responsibilities:Support Marketing Development & Operations team for all things related to product assortments & new product launchesWork alongside operational teams to manage the launch cycle of new product developmentManage tracker & internal communication needs for product launches including artwork calendar, product specs & moreWork cross-functionally with the regulatory team on claims testing, tracking & managementManage internal documentation system, housing all new product launch information for all launch teamsWork alongside creative teams to ideate new product names & manage overall tarte library of products, trademarks & moreSkill Experience:Bachelor’s Degree required; Concentration in marketing or business preferred1-3 years of marketing/promotional experienceMust be able to work both independently as well as cross-functionally with excellent written & oral communication skillsMust demonstrate the ability to multi-task with a high attention to detailAdvanced proficiency in ExcelHas a positive attitude & works well in a fast paced environmentOur Perks:Salary range: $62,500-65,000 (Compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill level, relevant work experience & education)Medical, dental, vision, 401K plan & access to health & wellness programsPaid vacation, holidays, summer Fridays, birthdays off, volunteer time & moreMakeup gratis, employee discount on tarte.com, team give back initiativesFriendly, fun, creative & collaborative work environment
