Founded, January 25, 1971. We started in the downtown Los Angeles fashion scene, with all operations in one small building. Gradually, Topson expanded into manufacturing worldwide. In the late seventies, Topson Downs expanded into Mexico. As a pioneer in outsourced shipping, Topson started a trend that has become mainstream I the garment industry. In 1998, we expanded into China and eventually opened a China design room. Starting with junior apparel, we’ve expanded our product line to include all categories of women’s, men’s and kid’s apparel. Topson Downs has been ahead of the curve and began focusing on accommodating the mass-market retailers and specialty stores. Through building relationships, Topson Downs has become a reliable supplier for quick response manufacturing. AFRM is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing performance-focused marketing strategies that drive both revenue and brand awareness. The Marketing Manager will lead the strategy and execution of engagement and retention initiatives across email and SMS messaging channels. This role also involves identifying new influencers, managing existing relationships, and tracking the performance of campaigns to meet business goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing trends and influencer marketing best practices. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies for mega, macro, and mid-tier influencers. Guide the development of creative concepts that are on-brand, impactful, and relevant for the target consumer and platforms. Lead strategy and provide direction across email & SMS channels. Align influencer marketing efforts with overall brand objectives and marketing campaigns. Direct content creator in campaign and daily content execution across assigned social media channels, ensuring our social content impact is front and center of mind. Collaborate with the Brand Director and Social Media Manager on end-to-end paid and unpaid influencer campaigns. Cultivate and maintain ongoing relationships with brand ambassadors. Develop briefs and collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content. Manage both LTK and ShopMy affiliate platforms. Manage whitelisting contracts through development, gifting, and execution. Share all assets received from creators to the team for them to implement into posting on social and adding into other marketing avenues. Manage gifting with all approvals from Brand Director. Report directly to the Brand Director for overall strategy and marketing plan for all social deliverables and expectations. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and inspiring a team to achieve results. Exceptional copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail and a knack for storytelling. Deep understanding of social media analytics and proficiency in leveraging data to inform decision-making. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a drive to push boundaries in social media marketing. Skilled in social media writing, with the ability to adapt to and embody the specific tone of AFRM.
