Founded, January 25, 1971. We started in the downtown Los Angeles fashion scene, with all operations in one small building. Gradually, Topson expanded into manufacturing worldwide. In the late seventies, Topson Downs expanded into Mexico. As a pioneer in outsourced shipping, Topson started a trend that has become mainstream I the garment industry. In 1998, we expanded into China and eventually opened a China design room. Starting with junior apparel, we’ve expanded our product line to include all categories of women’s, men’s and kid’s apparel. Topson Downs has been ahead of the curve and began focusing on accommodating the mass-market retailers and specialty stores. Through building relationships, Topson Downs has become a reliable supplier for quick response manufacturing. AFRM is seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to manage the social media strategy and presence across various platforms with a focus on Instagram and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media marketing, excellent content creation skills, and the ability to engage with the online community and must be a fashion passionate. This role reports directly to the Brand Director and works closely with both the brand marketing manager and in-house graphic artist. Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the marketing goals and objectives Guide the development of creative concepts that are on-brand, impactful, and relevant for the target consumer and platforms. Manage and maintain social media presence across multiple platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc) with a focus on TikTok. Create and curate high quality, enabling content (text, images, videos, stories) that resonates with the target audience Conduct regular social media analytics and reporting to measure performance and inform future content and engagement strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Service, Digital, Creative, etc) to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaigns Develop briefs and collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform changes. Manage and respond to social media inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner. Develop and manage social media campaigns and giveaways to drive engagement and brand awareness Manage gifting with all approvals from Brand Director and Marketing Manager Ensure brand consistency and compliance with social media policies and guidelines Report directly to the Brand Director for overall strategy and marketing plan for all social deliverables and expectations. Deep understanding of social media analytics and proficiency in leveraging data to inform decision-making. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a drive to push boundaries in social media marketing. Skilled in social media writing, with the ability to adapt to and embody the specific tone of AFRM.
