Title : Marketing Manager - Online II / Paid Social Media Lead - Level 7Pay Rate : $50-$60/hr on W2Contract duration

: 6 months with (possibility of extension or going permanent)Location : Seattle, WA, United States (Hybrid 3 times a week in office and 2 days work from home)

An overview of what a day for this role -Campaign Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute paid social media campaigns

across Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms

to

support multi-funnel objectives.Monitor and analyze performance data

to drive insights, refining strategies and making impactful optimizations.Platform Expertise & Best PracticesStay updated on platform trends , new ad formats, and algorithm changes, applying best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.Act as the

subject matter expert for paid social,

advising cross-functional teams on platform nuances and tactics.Budget & Roadmap ManagementManage budgets to maximize spend efficiency and meet KPIs, adjusting as needed to stay aligned with business objectives.Track milestones on the social media roadmap, regularly reporting progress and insights to stakeholders.

Description :

We are seeking an experienced Paid Social Media Lead to drive high-impact paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms and *** Clouds. In this role, you will be responsible for

developing and executing paid social media campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving measurable results

across various stages of the marketing funnel. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization, acting as a subject matter expert and working side-by-side with other expert Paid Media strategists to drive innovation and deliver growth.

The Paid Social Media Lead will

work closely with Global Media Strategists

to build strategic media plans and maximize business impact through full-funnel campaigns.

ResponsibilitiesLead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Reddit)Develop strategies for achieving multi-funnel objectives that will support campaigns across multiple CloudsAnalyze performance data to generate actionable insights , influence creative, and make impactful optimizationsFunction as a

subject matter expert for paid social media across the organizationStay up to date on industry trends , algorithm changes, and new technologies. Apply the latest best practices in paid social marketing to our campaignsManage budgets, target attainment, media strategy, campaign optimization, testing, performance KPIs, and overall paid social roadmap

Qualifications5+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns, with a deep understanding of platform-specific strategies and best practicesProven

track record of optimizing paid social programs to deliver measurable business results

across multiple objectivesStrong expertise in marketing funnel strategy and the role of paid social across the marketing funnelProficiency in data analysis and visualization,

with the ability to translate campaign performance into actionable insightsStrong communication, collaboration, and project management skillsAbility to work autonomously with minimal oversight, making strategic decisions that align with broader organizational goals

PreferredExperience with large-scale paid media programs across multiple regions or productsFamiliarity with marketing automation tools and processesPrevious B2B Marketing experienceStrong proficiency with

data visualization tools like Tableau
