Professional development and growth opportunities.Job DetailsKey Responsibilities: Category Strategy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive strategies to achieve growth and profitability for the Asian Foods category in various global markets. Manage a multi-year strategic roadmap for continued category success. Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the lifecycle of products, analyzing consumer satisfaction, competitive landscape, sales performance, and marketing impact to inform portfolio adjustments and ensure sustained category relevance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, R&D, and Operations teams to align on product innovation, distribution, and commercialization strategies, while addressing potential product issues effectively. Annual Marketing Plan: Develop a category-specific marketing plan based on deep consumer insights, macro trends, and buying preferences to drive brand positioning and engagement. Performance Analysis: Regularly track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), leveraging dashboards to provide data-driven insights for Sales and Leadership teams. Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess category success and identify growth opportunities. P&L Management: Manage category P&L, ensuring alignment with corporate financial targets, and recommend initiatives to optimize profitability across all channels. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence to achieve category objectives.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is highly desirable. Minimum of 10 years in brand management or product marketing, with a focus on consumer packaged goods (CPG) in the food industry. At least 5 years in a Marketing Director or Senior Brand Manager role. Demonstrated proficiency in strategic planning, category management, and P&L ownership. Strong cross-functional relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to drive initiatives within dynamic teams. Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, along with IRI, Nielsen, and Spins analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in high-level presentations to leadership teams.
