Suitable candidates need to possess knowledge and experience in the design of plumbing & fire protection systems and be familiar with all phases of building design, including construction administration.Regular duties include:Drafting of floor plans, details, schedules, diagrams, plumbing and fire protection systemsLayout of plumbing and fire protection systemsEquipment layout and sizingAssist in surveysPrepare schedules and detailsThe basic requirements for this position include:7-10 years of experience Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD General knowledge of applicable codesInterested in hearing more?
