11162Visium Resources has been asked to identify candidates for the following Telecom Services Coordinator position in Orlando, FL:Our client is currently seeking well qualified and highly motivated candidates to serve as Telecom Services Coordinator. This position is responsible for providing administrative support for voice and data network communications for all County departments and Elected Officials. A person in this classification functions as a single point of contact for all voice and data work requests and provide project management for all voice and data cabling projects. Work is performed with independence under the general supervision of the Enterprise IT Supervisor. Performance is reviewed through observations, conferences, reports and achievement of desired results.Representative Duties* Handle daily trouble tickets and requests.* Interface with customers and department managers.* Coordinate with other Information Services teams (Network Team, Field Techs).* Setting up new extensions. (Moves/adds/changes).* Setting up voicemail* Softphones* Validating billing* Working with cabling vendors and service providers (AT&T, CenturyLink).* Review of floor plans and telecom requirements.* Troubleshooting quality issues.* Setting up call centers, phone trees, recording software.* Reporting tools, logging, and statistics.* Changing announcements and holiday tables.* Provide after hours and on-call support (scheduled rotation with other team members).* H.323, Digital, SIP, and analog phonesMUST HAVE:Experience working with Avaya Communication Manager (CM) version 8 or higherStrong knowledge of Avaya System ManagerExperience with Avaya voicemail (Aura Messaging)Experience with Avaya IP TelephonyDevelops and assist with customer needs for communications servicesExperience with Avaya Call Recording applicationsExperience working with AT&T to establish new circuits and verify billingKnowledge of wiring and cabling terminology
