Marketing Director

The Role at a glance:We are looking for a Marketing Director for our team in Greensboro. This is great opportunity for innovative marketing professional to support our food service operations team, developing strategies to create the consumer experience appropriate to the brand and account in which they operate. You will be valuating key client marketing plans/materials relative to effectiveness and/or ROI, as well as providing recommendations for improved efficiencies/changes based on your expertise.What you'll be doing:Serve as marketing Liaison/Lead within an accountDevelop segment-specific strategic marketing plans with support of Senior Director of MarketingExecute program strategies for unit levelDevelop and execute retail promotional strategies for culinary conceptsDevelop marketing programs aimed to increase customer satisfaction, participation and or revenuePartner with the corporate team to develop creative briefs for marketing collateral which includes among other initiativesIn-Unit brands standardsBusiness Development PresentationsManage / Responsible for the New Account Opening Marketing ProcessWhat we're looking for:Must-haves:At least 5 years of Marketing Experience or related fieldBachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experienceSolid understanding of marketing strategies and tactics (food service, retail or restaurant management preferred)Proven ability to develop and deliver effective presentations designed to influence executive leadership and decision makersPossess professionalism and passion for customer and client relationsDemonstrated ability to relate well to individuals and groups with widely varying backgrounds, perspectives, education and skills is requiredAbility to think strategically and operate autonomouslyNice-to-haves;Experience working in a marketing capacity supporting a contract services organizationExperience working in a marketing capacity in Food ServicesPrevious Graphic Design experiencePrevious Education Dining experienceThe benefits we offer:MedicalDentalVisionTuition ReimbursementVoluntary UNUM offering for Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital IndemnityDiscount ProgramCommuter Benefits (Parking and Transit)EAP401kSickHoliday Pay (9 paid holidays)
