About This Role
The Commercial Fire business unit develops and markets a comprehensive product portfolio to protect buildings, people and assets as part of global brands including Edwards, Kidde Commercial, Modulaser and GST.

Key Responsibilities:Drive category and brand leadership via downstream marketing activities including value propositions, campaigns to increase awareness, develop and execute product launches, messaging, claims, advertising, promotion, and digital marketing initiativesLead product launches to enable our sales teams and channel partners with the right tools and collateral such as brochures, videos, case studies etc. to succeed in the market; Develop, execute, and track commercialization plans for NPDsDrive effective go to market strategies to introduce new products and promote incremental growth with existing customers and expand our customer baseLead research projects, collaborate with agencies to identify customer insights, develop and execute a marketing strategy, campaigns, product launches & promotionsSupport planning, project management and flawless execution of multiple trade shows and external and internal eventsCollaborate with product team to develop optimal portfolio pricing, structure and guardrails.Manage promotion calendar with the market-back inputs from commercial partnersAble to develop digital marketing programs to elevate brands and products to generate awareness and drive purchase. Activities include digital content creation, SEO, SEM, development of measurable KPI's to determine program effectivenessBe well versed with strategic marketing, segmentation and branding principles and executionOptimally utilize brand marketing budgets to increase brand equity, revenues & profitabilityDemonstrate a relentless focus on customers and end users across the organizationRequired Qualifications:
5+ years professional experience in a technical B2B environment with strategic and downstream marketing including campaign development and execution, product launches, promotions, advertising, digital marketing, pricing, channel managementBachelor's degree in a business fieldPreferred Qualifications:
MBA preferredExcellent communication skills to effectively and proactively communicate across different functional teams, customers and global internal stakeholders in a matrix environmentExperience collaborating with market research agenciesExcellent teamwork skills, Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. The ability to influence and work collaboratively with sales, and product management is especially importantTrue ownership mentality, effective organizational, problem solving, multi-tasking skillsSelf-starter with the ability to work independently to deliver business resultsLocation Considerations:
