Summary

As the Investment Manager, your role encompasses the planning, execution, and management of Video and Audio campaigns for assigned clients. Your responsibilities include developing video and audio media strategies, negotiating deals, estimating ratings, building client relationships, and providing mentorship to support staff. Additionally, you will be responsible for executing media plans, implementing analytics, measuring campaign performance, and tracking digital media campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Contributing to the development of reporting and generating insights to drive results, communicating directly with clients and client teams.
  • Conducting accurate data processing, analysis, interpreting results, and making actionable recommendations based on insights.
  • Managing client-specific reporting for quality control and budget management purposes.
  • Participating in the development of analytics and broadcast capabilities within the agency and with existing clients.
  • Regularly interacting with department team members and liaising with internal departments (e.g., Traffic, Accounting, and Portfolio Management) as well as vendors.
  • Staying informed about changes in the media landscape and analyzing and sharing thoughtful recommendations with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Comfortably presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Assisting in the training and development of junior staff, ensuring accuracy and quality in all communication, data entry, and documents.
  • Working with broadcast and digital leads, data leads, and strategic leads to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Identifying and developing tactical opportunities that align with client and corporate objectives through actionable insights derived from analytics.
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of corporate agreements, preferred discounting, and procurement-related objectives.
  • Applying various quantitative methods to analyze and interpret information from multiple data sources while providing strategic thinking and insight generation.
  • Managing broadcast and digital reporting to identify any potential issues with budget or variances versus contracts.
  • Managing and being accountable for all financial aspects of campaigns.

Experiences

  • Infosys, DDS and Prisma Digital Management systems (Proficient)
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite, with emphasis on MS Excel. (Proficient)
  • Proven experience with Google Analytics and third-party ad-servers (e.g. Google Campaign Manager). (Proficient)
  • Digital solutions (Omniture, WebTrends (Intermediate), Social Media monitoring (Intermediate)) a bonus. (Proficient)
  • Knowledge of Evaluation of marketing ROI, conversion funnel analysis and Optimization. (Proficient)
  • 2-3 years' business experience in online and offline Planning or buying experience with a strong understanding of digital media analytics

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.

Compensation Range

$80,000-$90,000 USD
