About KlientBoost
KlientBoost is a Performance Marketing Agency based out of Costa Mesa, CA. We also have an office in Raleigh NC and remote team members in 16 different states! We're looking for an amazing individual to join our Marketing Team as a Senior Marketing Manager. You should be someone who loves growth, challenges, and having a TON of fun while working!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, executing and analyzing our marketing campaigns. You will oversee and own the specific KPIs in partnership with the Head of Marketing. You will also collaborate with other internal teams and marketing executives to develop a marketing strategy and plan. You will then communicate these plans effectively to all relevant internal teams. This position is great for someone who is both analytical and creative.

The pay range for this role is:

Knowledge and Critical Skills/Expertise:
- You constantly ask "why" or "why is this a best practice? Did anyone actually test this?" - answers to these questions usually lead to innovation for KlientBoost to increase it's lead against competitors and for our clients to gain an advantage from.
- You can quantify your creativity through qualitative interviews and quantitative data which will lead KlientBoost to quantifiable differentiation (how is our LinkedIn content better than our competition? What about our blog posts? Our videos? Our own creative, etc?). And you enlist unbiased focus groups to turn the qualitative and pair that with our increases in performance to make it quantitative.
- Not everything is what you think, what does the data tell us (both qualitative and quantitative?). While we want to be creative and different, we must ensure that we balance that with analytics and data that helps us continue to rise the ranks to be considered the best marketing agency in the world.
- Internal marketing is almost as important as external marketing. How are we all speaking the same language and feeling like we're part of the same team? The KlientBoost marketing team will cooperate with internal Growth and Strategy teams to make sure that our marketing efforts have "multi-use" and that multiple teams can benefit from our work, not just to attract net new clients.
- You will work very closely with the internal SEO Team, improving our SEO performance
- You have strong copywriting skills and able support copywriting needs of our clients (internal support, this will not be client facing)
- 5+ years working with B2B companies and overseeing marketing channels
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
