As a Senior Creative Project Manager within Payments Marketing, you will manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment while concurrently championing our marketing operating model. You will be the go-to expert for your projects with in-depth knowledge of timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, statuses, controls, communications, and Workfront data health. Job responsibilities
  • Create and actively manage comprehensive project plans including timelines, stakeholder mapping, project communications, deliverables storage, and Workfront entries
  • Build synergies and efficiencies across projects and makes connections across the organization
  • Lead each project - the project's context, stakeholders, statuses, controls, communications, timelines, artifacts (i.e., marketing briefs, project plans) and Workfront data health
  • Schedule all required meetings, creative reviews, and weekly project forums and consistently sends timely, well-informed agendas with clear meeting purpose/outcome and actionable meeting recaps with accurate next steps and owners
  • Track every project deliverable in detail and stays on top of deadlines to flag 'at risk' items, outlining repercussions of not making deadline while knowing when to escalate issues to senior management
  • Communicate to entire project team every step of the way throughout the project on the status of deliverables
  • Set-up Workfront projects for resourcing, reporting, and audit purposes, and keeps the projects updated in real-time (documentation, updates, task completions, assignments, dates, etc.)
  • Lead project status meetings and be ready to drive the call confidently and efficiently, informing project team members where deliverables are at and what needs to be done next (and by when)
  • Champion the marketing operating model by guiding projects and project teams through the model and provides recommendations for process and operating model improvements

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • 8 years of experience in marketing project management
  • Deep understanding of, or direct experience in, financial institutions or other highly regulated companies
  • Proven track record of success and dependability in managing multiple complex global marketing projects
  • Ability to confidently lead project meetings including large groups of people, senior leaders, and stakeholders
  • Extreme attention to detail with exceptional organization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, speaking, and writing skills that enable you to breakdown complex business problems and workflows into manageable components
  • Resourcefulness and self-sufficiency with ability to figure things out quickly without help or explanation from others
  • Strong understanding of standard creative deliverables and how they're developed/executed, such as social media, content development, video, branding, paid media, websites, etc.
  • Strong familiarity of, or experience using, Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools
  • Comfortable proactively soliciting feedback and reacts productively to criticism or negative feedback

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or business management / administration OR a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Prior experience in marketing agency environments

  • Certification, training, or experience in Agile, Scrum
