The NWSL shattered all-time fan attendance and viewership in 2023. In November 2023, the NWSL made history when it announced a four-year deal as the biggest deal in women's professional sports domestically with four broadcast partners for the 2024 season: Amazon Prime Video, CBS, ESPN and Scripps/ION.
NWSL Growth Marketing Manager
The Growth Marketing Manager will play a critical role in the growth of the NWSL and connecting with fans. This individual will help support performance marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels to drive audience development and game viewership.
The successful candidate will have experience in audience development, growth, tune-in marketing, paid media, or D2C marketing. The candidate must be skilled in working cross-functionally, project managing complex projects, and have a growth mindset.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of marketing campaigns across owned (web, mobile, and email) and paid media channels to drive game viewership and engagement.
- Analyze performance & marketing data from multiple sources to identify trends and outliers. Convert this data analysis into marketing strategy to help meet our goals.
- Manage paid media budget efficiently, optimize campaigns, and allocate resources to the most effective channels for maximum ROI.
- Partner with media and creative agencies to develop campaigns that align to OKRs, inspire & engage fans, and drive viewership.
- Create personalized content strategies using data to drive engagement across email, paid media, and web
- Create and own an experimentation roadmap to execute testing, validate hypotheses, and scale effective messaging across all major channels
Qualifications
- 4-6 years' experience in paid media, media planning, ad operations, or tune-in campaign development
- Experience overseeing the implementation of multi-channel promotional campaigns.
- A track record of using paid social to achieve business goals.
- Background in Direct-to-Consumer content, product management, sports, or subscription services preferred.
