About the Role
- Own the voice of the company and be able to create content pieces that are on brand
- Manage all affiliated social media accounts for the brand, creating content, growing the audience and engaging with followers, in collaboration with the marketing team
- Design and implement cohesive content marketing campaigns that leverage a variety of communication mediums to help achieve business goals
- Set the vision for content strategy and develop an editorial calendar with weekly, monthly, and quarterly content plans
- Own content measurement including tracking how content sources influence funnel and revenue
- Measure the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns
- Work with the product and capital markets team to development promotions and contests to generate sales
- Develop a diverse content portfolio for partners
- Help our clients tell their stories to help with building our partner success program
- Develop research-based insights that are current with trends to guide the development of our content strategy
- Consult with sales and business operations leaders on the best channels for campaign messaging
- Work with internal stakeholders to create unique stories about our product, company, and culture
- Continually learn about the product from sales calls and customer discoveries
- Conduct persona research and develop marketing profiles
- Bring new ideas, best practices and challenge the status quo to continuously improve the content
About You
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and communication management.
- Experience writing across multiple channels; including ad copy, email marketing, social media
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with popular content management systems
- Experience with social media management with a proven track record of growing an audience
- Experience creating advertisements for social platforms
- Proven experience developing content that provokes engagement
- Ability to analyze and understand target audiences and create personas
- Experienced in digital marketing optimization techniques including tagging & linking.
- Project management experience - with proven ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities.
- Experience with digital asset creation tools
