As a Lead Content Designer, you'll define and deliver compelling product content while championing innovation within the Rocket Content discipline. In this pivotal role, you'll lead and participate in all stages of the design process, crafting influential content that enhances user experiences and drives our product roadmap. You'll guide the creation of style guides and content strategies, ensuring coherence across all client interactions. You'll mentor designers, develop information architecture, and facilitate workshops that achieve significant business outcomes. Presenting compelling solutions and strategies, you'll help shape our product vision and drive initiatives that standardize content practices. Colorado, New York City, Jersey City, California, D.C and Washington Candidates Only. The salary range for this position is one hundred thirteen thousand dollars to two hundred fifty-three thousand five hundred dollars. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off.
