What You'll Do

We are currently seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Tennis 360 creative team. As the Racquet Sports Graphic Designer, you will work under the direction of the Creative Director, providing design and creative solutions for marketing campaigns across tennis, padel, and pickleball. We are looking for someone who works well in a fast paced, dynamic, creative environment and be able to multi-task. The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for the management of the complete graphic design process from initial concept to production for their categories, including motion and graphic design for product and experiential marketing.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Partners with Creative Director, marketing teams, and internal designers to develop campaigns and creative executions from concept to production.
  • Concepts around high-level campaign strategy and builds visual centers for 360 teams and agencies to execute on.
  • Designs across mediums including digital, social, D2C, marketing sell-in, activations/events, POP, packaging, creating and editing motion content and other specialty projects as assigned by the Creative Director and Project Manager.
  • Works with internal and external photographers on campaign and product photoshoots including shoots with Wilson Advisory Staff.
  • Collaborates with copywriters on strategy, creative concepting, details, background, layouts and client direction for various projects.
  • Responsible for the collection and transfer of files for all types of projects with foreign and domestic venders to sample and produce.
  • Coordinates with Production Staff to define specifications for quoting and bidding of various projects within defined design perimeters of project to ensure quality and proper execution.
  • Provides marketing with cost estimates on a project-by-project basis regarding outside costs involved.
  • Responsible for the ongoing implementation of Macintosh computers as a design and production tool to achieve great creative and cost saving company goals. Learns software updates and enhancements.
  • Works with the project manager to maintain job status and manage multiple projects at one time.


What We're Looking For

This role requires an associate degree in graphics or a related area; bachelor's degree preferred. We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of in-house or agency graphic design experience and a strong portfolio of previous work.

Other qualifications include:
  • Examples of campaign level strategy work and design build out.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Mac computers and adobe software. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma and associated design software
  • Needs a basic working knowledge of photography, and lighting
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Motion and video design abilities
  • Basic understanding of print production processes
  • Solid attention to detail with strong organization and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present information, respond to questions and work with the cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize and meet multiple deadlines.
