Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and strategic
Marketing Manager
to spearhead our marketing efforts and establish a strong in-house function. As our first dedicated marketing hire, you will take ownership of our go-to-market strategy, lead content creation, and collaborate closely with internal teams to drive growth. This is a unique opportunity to shape Volley's brand and marketing function from the ground up.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Go-to-Market Strategy:
Create the sales messaging ground game to drive inbound leadsManage Marketing Communications:
Drive the production of compelling, on-brand content across various channels to effectively communicate the Volley story.Collaborate with Customer Success:
Partner with the Customer Success team to ensure customer communications are strategic and aligned with our goals.Drive Marketing Initiatives:
Create and execute quarterly marketing plans, leveraging social media, video production, and other digital strategies to boost engagement and sales.
This role is ideal for a
creative, results-driven marketer
who thrives in a startup environment and is eager to make a significant impact.
Key Qualifications2-4 years of experience in
marketing , preferably in
technology
or
FitTech
industries.Proven experience in
B2B2C marketing
with multi-stakeholder engagement.Strong ability to manage external contractors (e.g., video editors, animators).Expertise in social media strategy and execution.Experience developing and implementing quarterly
marketing plans .Racquet sports
experience is a plus, but not required.Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
Education RequirementsBachelor’s Degree
in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) or equivalent hands-on experience are a plus.
