Under the supervision of the Director of Education Marketing and a “dotted-line” relationship to a Dean of the college(s) he/she serves, the Moody Education Marketing Manager’s key objective is to help ensure the success of MBI by managing key stakeholder relationships, marketing/lead generation campaigns, and brand initiatives in order to maximize the awareness, growth, and leadership position of our education division.
Do not pass up this chance, apply quickly if your experience and skills match what is in the following description.Essential FunctionsDevelop and implement strategic marketing campaigns for the Moody Bible Institute venues, collaborating with Education leadership to promote their educational programs to prospective students and influencers (e.g. parents, alumni, pastors, etc.).Manage relationship and marketing asset development with educational vendors for ongoing profile-based student lead generation campaigns, leading quarterly meetings with the marketing team and vendors to optimize strategy and lead generation effectiveness.Monitor and provide weekly reports on all marketing campaign results including ROI to inform adjustments needed to optimize all lead generation efforts.Coordinate and manage all Education marketing initiatives and projects with key Marketing and Strategic Communication (MSC) team stakeholders including Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, Strategic Communications, Radio Marketing, and Business Intelligence.Collaborate with the Admissions team to ensure consistent messaging, brand positioning, and lead transitions are leveraged effectively across the prospective student journey.Assist the Education Marketing Director in representing the marketing interests of the Education division while maintaining close contact with the Marketing and Strategic Communications team.Maintain current skills and job knowledge through professional development opportunities.Perform other duties as assigned.Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of experience in marketing or sales-related field, project management, and implementation of processes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to be organized in a fast-paced environment.Effectively manage projects or components of projects independently.High level of attention to detail.Able to work in the US legally without sponsorship.Preferred RequirementsUnderstand the education market and market research processes.Experience working in higher education.Work Environment/ConditionsThis is a full-time, hybrid, professional position with expectations that the employee will work from the Moody office at least two days per week. Hours are generally, M-F 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (38.75 hours per week). Minimal travel is expected for this position. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
