The Executive Communications Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and executing strategic communications initiatives for senior leaders within Client's Entertainment Television. This position requires a skilled communicator with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the

Entertainment Industry.

Key Responsibilities:Executive Communications:Develop and execute strategic communications plans for senior leaders, including speechwriting, presentation development, and other written materials.Craft compelling messages that align with Client's overall business objectives and brand identity.Provide strategic counsel and guidance to executives on communication strategies and tactics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.

Executive Engagement:Identify opportunities for executive engagement and develop plans to maximize impact.Coordinate and manage executive participation in industry events, conferences, and media interviews.Monitor media coverage and provide timely analysis and recommendations.

Crisis Communications:Support the development and execution of crisis communication plans.Monitor and respond to potential crises and issues that may impact Client's reputation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.7+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field.Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies.Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and styles.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Experience working with senior executives and high-profile individuals.A passion for the entertainment industry.Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the media and entertainment industry.Knowledge of crisis communication best practices.Proficiency in a variety of communication tools and platforms.A strong understanding of social media and digital communications.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $78.50 - $86.58/Hourly (W2). Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
