As with any growing company, though your responsibilities will focus on content marketing, you will be asked to wear several hats. You will assist the Customer Service and Sales teams with various responsibilities, ranging in scope. This is an in-person opportunity at our Headquarters in Monrovia, CA.
What You’ll Do aka. Job Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Write, edit, and publish engaging content across various platforms, including blogs, social media, websites, and email marketing.
- Design: Design eye-catching graphics, images, and infographics for website, presentations, sales collateral, social media, and other platforms.
- Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance.
- SEO Optimization: Work with the team to optimize content for search engines using relevant keywords and best SEO practices.
- Content Research: Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies to inform content development.
- Content Calendar Management: Help maintain and update the content calendar to ensure timely production and publication of materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, copywriters, and other marketing team members to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze content performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion rates) to improve strategies and inform future content.
- Email Marketing Support: Assist in creating email newsletters and promotional content to support marketing campaigns.
- Customer Service Support: As necessary, assist customers via email, chat, or phone, including problem solving and training. Work with the Head of Customer Success on customer-facing projects.
- Sales Support: As necessary, collaborate with the sales team to work with prospects, including scheduling and demoing the product. Work with the Head of Sales to enhance and optimize outbound and inbound sales strategies.
Who You Are aka. Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in content marketing, with particular emphasis on video creation and design.
- Familiarity with with SEO, keyword research, and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and social media analytics tools.
- Creativity and a passion for storytelling and digital marketing.
- An excellent oral and written communicator with editing and proofreading skills.
- A great teammate who understands the importance of company culture and actively engages with and contributes to that culture.
- A cross-functional collaborator who is able to work with all aspects of the business to achieve results, including Engineering, Product, and the Executive Team.
- A positive, professional, and hard-working demeanor.
- An engaging personality, able to seamlessly build rapport with clients.
- Technically proficient with computers, software, and other programs.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask and be self-directed as needed.

It Would be Great if You Had aka. Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service and/or sales.
- Prior experience in the digital commerce, retail, or wholesale industry.
- Prior experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system or other operational software.
- Prior experience working at a technology startup.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
