What You'll Do
  • The VP of Content and Brand will be the driving force behind the creative vision and strategy for ZAGG . This role will focus on developing groundbreaking content that enhances brand recognition, captivates our audience, and sets a new standard for creative excellence. Your primary focus will be partnering with hypercreative individuals rather than managing day-to-day operations and team structures. You'll be an innovative thinker who thrives on pushing creative boundaries. Other responsibilities include:
  • Develop and lead a bold, cohesive creative and brand content strategy to deliver content that is visually stunning, highly engaging, and aligned with ZAGG's brand goals.
  • Serve as the creative visionary, translating high-level concepts into captivating campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Operations Director to ensure that the creative process flows smoothly, freeing you to focus on creative leadership and content innovation.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure creative assets align with broader company initiatives and elevate the brand narrative.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality content, from ideation to execution, that elevates the brand and drives consumer engagement.
  • Craft compelling briefs and presentation decks that communicate creative concepts to stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams. Ensure brand consistency and maintain a clear visual style across all channels, reinforcing ZAGG's distinctive identity.
  • Assist with strong creative briefs and direction in our engagement with influencers and content creators.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative environment, working closely with peers who share your passion for boundary-pushing content creation.
  • Stay at the forefront of creative trends, continuously refining strategies to ensure our content remains fresh, relevant, and effective.
  • Employ a continuous improvement approach to our content strategy by partnering with channel teams to monitor and report on content performance. Evaluate effectiveness and extract insights, ensuring our content continually evolves to meet organizational objectives and enhances audience engagement.


What You'll Need to be Successful
  • 10+ years of experience in creative marketing, with a proven track record in roles such as Senior Creative Director or similar.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases innovative and visually compelling creative work. All applications must include a portfolio link.
  • Exceptional creative vision and storytelling abilities with a focus on brand development, content creation, compelling story-telling copy, and visual communication.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate brand objectives into compelling creative campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and pitch creative ideas to peers, senior management, and stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration skills, particularly in cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between creative, marketing, product, and design.
  • Experience working with hypercreative teams and individuals, focused on ideation and content creation rather than operational management.
