Our Creative Directors lead multiple brands and teams through marketing and ad campaigns, defining a vision and executing it while teaching team members. They challenge us and our clients to pursue exciting opportunities.The Basics 8+ years experience in a similar role at an in-house, brand, or advertising agency. Award-winning portfolio with Regional and National clients in various media including TV, OOH, digital, and brand experiences.Collaborate with other departments and clients to inspire and shape the strategy.Lead creative solutions seamlessly across all media/applications.Integrated Approach Lead outcomes that work across all media/applications.Educate teams on integrating visual and verbal elements.Concept Inspire integrated creative solutions for short-term campaigns and long-term results.Refine/Evolution Set high expectations and challenge teams and clients for creative opportunities.Execution Collaborate across departments for efficient execution and high standards.Presentation Facilitate internal and external collaboration and elevate ideas.Lead client presentations effectively.Client Influence Use client relationships to improve creative outcomes and success.Team Development Ensure creative excellence and manage growth of direct reports.Agency Trajectory Provide solutions for agency-wide growth.Experience 8+ years experience in a similar role. Award-winning portfolio with Regional and National clients. Compelling presentation skills. Experience in managing creative teams and mentoring. Solutions-oriented thinker.
