The TeamOur new client is in the media and entertainment space. We will be building a future facing content and production studio, combining hybrid creative talent with innovative production technologies to create industry leading content across digital and traditional channels.The team will contain over 50 creative and production pros – everything from copy and design, through to video editors and photographers. Most of the team will be based on the East Coast (NYC and Atlanta) with a handful of production roles in our hubs across South America.Working directly with the client’s marketing, events, programing, and content teams, the team will be responsible for end-to-end content development and production, delivering work for the brand’s paid media plans, owned channels (inclusive of social handles and apps), internal employee channels, partner marketing materials, and events.The RoleWe are looking for a strong Creative Director—design based—to work in our branding and advertising team, reporting into the account Creative Lead. With a clear creative vision and an impressive art-based portfolio, you’ll drive projects across social media, OOH, events, digital, and print creative. At T&P m , we value the craft, so expect to be hands-on, shaping concepts and executing ideas that push boundaries. As a senior member on the account you’ll help guide a talented team, ensuring a consistent brand narrative across all touchpoints. We have amazing content and are looking for someone to make noise with it!Key ResponsibilitiesOversee creative output, directing and approving and adapting a high volume of performance, social, content, CRM, digital and print.Maintain a close relationship with the client to ensure you understand business critical needs and maintain an open dialogue on all creative campaigns.Work closely with the Creative Lead and Operations Director to get to the right briefs that deliver remarkable and innovative ideas.Work closely with other members of the team to ensure high standard of creative output that delivers against key objectives.Creative passion to drive strategically sound creative solutions.Help drive ‘idea led’ digital creative solutions that reflect modern marketing.Provide leadership in the creative and production process to ensure best in class delivery.Skills and Experience RequiredMust instinctively think digital and have experience of all aspects of the digital comms mix including performance, social, content, CRM and digital.Experience of running a modern creative department of ‘digital first’ thinkers is essential.Must be forward thinking and embrace creative innovation in the digital space.Must be an effective manager of people to ensure creative department is motivated and enthusiastic, able to empower teams to take on responsibility and be inspired about their work.Ability and proven track record of leading and building high performing digital creative teams.Must be persuasive and very articulate when it comes to directing or presenting, inspiring confidence and trust in colleagues and clients alike.Great communication skills, both verbal and written.Proven confidence negotiating with and influencing peers and senior clients.Hold the position of trusted partner and advocate to clients, providing advice and guidance.Big picture thinking with strong attention to detail.Experience in the drinks or F&B space a bonus but not essential.Personal AttributesCollaborative team player.Relentlessly curious about people, technology, brands, design and business.Self-starting and proactive.Able to balance a strong point of view with an ability to listen, learn and adapt.Energised by doing the right thing for our clients; solution and results focused.Positive, enthusiastic, unflappable.Strong motivation and drive to succeed.The pay range for this role is $145,000-$165,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor.
