Job Summary

Building upon the foundation and credibility of the well-established Lexar brand, Lexar designs and manufactures memory and storage solutions. Product offerings include embedded storage, mobile memory, solid-state drives, and memory modules in commercial, industrial, industrial-wide temperature, enterprise, automotive grades. As a Creative Director at Lexar & Lexar Enterprise, you will be a key player in defining and elevating the visual identity of our brands across all platforms. We're seeking a dynamic leader who values collaboration and inclusivity, thrives on feedback, and can channel their creativity into compelling designs with minimal oversight. Your vision and experience will drive our brand's presence, shaping how customers engage with our products through innovative, high-quality content.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute creative concepts across digital and print media, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and messaging.
  2. Collaborate closely with the marketing team, product managers, and other key stakeholders to create visuals that support campaign goals and enhance brand recognition.
  3. Lead the creative direction for product launches, events, and campaigns, transforming ideas into captivating visuals that resonate with diverse audiences.
  4. Manage the end-to-end design process for all projects, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
  5. Provide guidance and inspiration to internal teams and external contractors, fostering a collaborative and open environment where ideas are shared and refined.
  6. Stay ahead of design trends and emerging digital media to ensure that our brand remains fresh, relevant, and innovative.
  7. Direct and support influencer campaigns, ensuring creative elements align with brand messaging and community engagement objectives.
  8. Oversee the visual aspects of all promotional activities, including digital advertising, social media, websites, and live events.

Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of professional experience in creative direction or graphic design, with a proven track record in leading design teams or projects.
  2. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, branding, typography, and layout, ideally within the tech or consumer electronics sectors.
  3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience with motion graphics or video editing tools.
  4. A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills, capable of listening to diverse perspectives and providing constructive feedback.
  5. Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, balancing creativity with strategic thinking to deliver on tight deadlines.
  6. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
