POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic US Creative Lead to assist in managing our creative team and shape the visual identity of our projects. The US Creative Lead will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, maintaining brand consistency, and overseeing the execution of creative campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality creative assets. As a leader, the Creative Lead will guide and mentor junior designers, ensuring that all creative output aligns with the company’s vision and expectations, with the UK Creative Lead and Creative Director.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Development Creative Concepts

  • Collaborate with project managers and the creative team to conceptualize visual ideas for projects.
  • Translate project managers goals and brand identity into unique visual designs.

Lead Creative Team

  • Provide guidance and feedback to designers, copywriters, and other creatives.
  • Manage workflow, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet the brands standards.

Maintain Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure all visual outputs adhere to the brands style guidelines and voice.
  • Review and approve designs before delivery to ensure they align with the overall branding.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align visuals with business objectives.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to foster creativity and innovation across departments.

Manage Creative Requests

  • Serve as the main point of contact for project managers on creative projects.
  • Present creative ideas and updates to project managers, incorporating their feedback into revisions.

Oversee Production Processes

  • Ensure all final assets (print, digital, video) are delivered according to specifications.
  • Coordinate with external vendors (printers, photographers) to ensure timely and accurate production.

Stay Updated with Industry Trends

  • Regularly research industry trends and competitor work to inspire new creative strategies.
  • Incorporate emerging technologies (AR, VR, digital media) into creative processes where applicable.

Creative Direction for Campaigns

  • Direct photo shoots, video productions, and design elements to maintain artistic vision.
  • Oversee post-production activities, ensuring the final product meets the intended creative vision.

Mentor and Train Junior Creatives

  • Provide mentorship to junior designers and artists, offering feedback on their work.
  • Create opportunities for professional growth through workshops, training, and constructive feedback.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience leading creative teams and providing constructive feedback.
  3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
  4. Ability to develop innovative concepts that align with brand strategies.
  5. Experience in maintaining brand consistency across various platforms.
  6. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  7. Excellent communication skills for external interactions and team collaboration.
  8. Up to date with design trends and experience using emerging media and technologies.
  9. Experience overseeing production processes for multimedia formats.
