- Work alongside the Creative Director and Art Director on the following creative projects:
- Managing all creative projects, tasks, and Studio responsibilities.
- Helps to manage new task requests and inputting them into project management software.
- PowerPoint design for Highgate business development and other pitches
- Mechanical print files
- Merch, swag, and collateral ideation and design
- Logo exports and brand file organization
- Development of marketing materials
- This is purely a role that will help manage creative work and requests, and not designing creative work.
- Must be proactive in designing and suggesting of creative ideas
- Must be organized and save all files (including working files) in their respective folders
- Pursuing a college degree/graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related fields
- Well versed in Asana, Monday.com, Excel, Word.
- Has knowledge of website CMS and back-end management.
- Has knowledge of Adobe Suite, however, doesnt need to have design experience. This is purely a role that will help manage creative work and requests, and not designing creative work. Ability to effectively communicate and work in a team environment
- Proactive in accomplishing tasks
- We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- This role has direct involvement with field marketing and corporate marketing, outstanding communication skills are required.
- Applicants must also have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, have the confidence to provide feedback to management and have strong follow through.
Salary - $20/hr for 40 hour week/ 10 weeks
