UX Manager

DescriptionWe are currently seeking a User Experience (UX) Manager to join our team in support of the Air Force National Capital Region (AFNCR) Information Technology Services program.Position Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Knowledge Management, Customer Relations, and Service Delivery Management teams, as well as leading special projects to enhance service delivery and customer experience. This role also involves engaging stakeholders and customers to ensure effective, user-friendly services.Primary Responsibilities:Supervising and managing the Knowledge Management, Customer Relations, and Service Delivery Management teamsLeading special projects to enhance service delivery and customer experienceEngaging stakeholders and customers to ensure the customer-facing Service Catalog is effective and user-friendlyBasic Qualifications:A bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience; or a master's degree with 10+ years of experience. Additional years of experience may be used in lieu of degreePossess a current DoD Secret clearanceRequires a minimum of eight years of experience supervising and managing IT professionals within a DoD environmentPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience working with AFNCR IT senior stakeholder organizations
