POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Digital Marketing Analyst supports the marketing technology team by leading operation and communication of digital analytics as well as data testing and modeling across multiple platforms and tools for Alterra websites, mobile applications, and partner integrations.
The Senior Analyst is responsible for the top tier day-to-day usage of analytics tools and mathematical conclusions stemming from all digital features as well as drawing on quantitative data for analysis and reporting, and other site audit initiatives. The Sr. Analyst is a math and insights-driven person with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams, geographies, and organizations (especially digital/CX development teams, IT and marketing teams).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
General ResponsibilitiesManage multi-application data, mathematics, modeling and analytics functionality, concepts and infrastructure across platforms and teams.Work with large structured and unstructured complex datasets across different owners, analyzing and calculating data points and presenting simplified visualizations and key insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise format for decision making.Support site optimization initiatives, including but not limited to modeling and reporting for A/B testing, data insights for user experience optimization and conversion rate optimization and search engine optimization.Stay apprised of best practices in analysis, pinpointing hidden opportunities within the data and utilize them in your work and disseminating them across the organization.Lead a data-driven culture by educating the organization on the power of leveraging insights.Conduct proactive audits, set up alerts for anomaly detection and troubleshoot tracking gaps to maintain data confidence and implement data standardization practices.Identify analytics requirements and work with appropriate teams on production cycles or reporting requests.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS3-6 years of experience in web/digital analysis and modeling roles.1-3 years of experience working in Adobe Analytics and knowledge in Google Analytics and Tableau.Strong mathematical or statistical background. Demonstrated knowledge of multivariate statistical and modeling techniques.Understanding of online measurement and analytics, with the ability to provide meaningful and actionable insights and analysis among the caveats faced with 3P cookies.Ability to work collaboratively on multiple tasks simultaneously while successfully meeting established goals and deadlines; manage work in a fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment.Possess excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.Ability to apply critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills with superior attention to detail and keen troubleshooting skills with excellent follow-through.Proven data insights visualization skills and presentation skills; ability to prepare and lead presentations with confidence.Professional/lived experience working in a culturally competent manner with a diverse range of people.Proven history of self-direction, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree required. Emphasis in Computer Science, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Science, Web Analytics or related field preferred.
The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Alterra Mtn Co Shared Services Inc. salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Alterra Mtn Co Shared Services Inc.'s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives and many region-specific benefits.
Denver area base salary range: $80,000 - $112,000 per year
