MARKETING COORDINATOR
. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of marketing experience within a real estate, corporate or financial services environment. A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related field is required.RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the company's commercial and industrial portfolios.Plan and execute marketing projects as well as manage corporate branding efforts while maintaining consistent brand identity throughout departments and multiple platforms.Own and lead social media presence for the organization - create content, schedule newsletters and posts, monitor and analyze engagement.Partner with multiple teams to produce marketing communications, articles to include portfolio flyers, signage and other materials for promotion and events.Design and create various marketing materials - swags, flyers, posters, signs etc.Draft and review press releases.Maintain company website.Organize and execute company events and maintain vendor relationships.Work closely with other teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned.Must have at least 4 years of marketing experience within real estate or any corporate setting.Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.The ideal candidate will be proactive, motivated, problem-solver, highly organized and detailed with the ability to manage multiple projects.Excellent communication skills.Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Photoshop, Hootsuite, KEAP and Adobe Illustrator.Deadline-driven, collaborative and able to work in a very fast-paced environment.For additional details and the next steps, please send your resume to:ajmartinez@Location: The Galleria - Houston, TXSchedule: OnsiteSalary range: $55,000 - $60,000 DOE
