Marketing Coordinator

TBG | The Bachrach Group is partnered with one of the leading privately-held commercial real estate firms in Texas on their search for a MARKETING COORDINATOR. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of marketing experience within a real estate, corporate or financial services environment. A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related field is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the company's commercial and industrial portfolios.
• Plan and execute marketing projects as well as manage corporate branding efforts while maintaining consistent brand identity throughout departments and multiple platforms.
• Own and lead social media presence for the organization - create content, schedule newsletters and posts, monitor and analyze engagement.
• Partner with multiple teams to produce marketing communications, articles to include portfolio flyers, signage and other materials for promotion and events.
• Design and create various marketing materials - swags, flyers, posters, signs etc.
• Draft and review press releases.
• Maintain company website.
• Organize and execute company events and maintain vendor relationships.
• Work closely with other teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned.
• Must have at least 4 years of marketing experience within real estate or any corporate setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• The ideal candidate will be proactive, motivated, problem-solver, highly organized and detailed with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Photoshop, Hootsuite, KEAP and Adobe Illustrator.
• Deadline-driven, collaborative and able to work in a very fast-paced environment.
