This role will report to the Director of Marketing Activation and work closely with the marketing Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives. memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.THE DAY-TO-DAY:Project manage both planned and ad-hoc marketing campaigns on-property, overseeing day-to-day campaign development while collaborating closely with marketing COEs and property teamsPartner with central marketing teams to create and deliver the necessary creative materials for on-property activations, ensuring all assets are provided according to the brief and undergo thorough quality checksWork alongside the Entertainment and Events teams to manage on-property activations, ensuring alignment with the overall strategyPrepare key materials for the Director in advance of meetings with property vertical leaders and CorporateConduct weekly audits of website and third-party content, compiling necessary updates from key stakeholders and ensuring all content is 100% accurate and up to dateWHAT YOU'LL NEED:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceMaster's Degree PreferredFive (5) years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Events, Media, or related field within Hospitality and GamingProven track record in developing and delivering complex programs and projects with positive, measurable resultsStrong project managementskills, includingthe ability to multi-tasklarge-scalemarketinginitiativesExceptionalwritten and oral communicationskills, including the ability to write a marketingplan that communicateshigh-levelstrategy and actionable tacticsMust possess effectivelistening abilities with strong judgmentskillsAbility to maintain a professionalimage and enthusiasticattitude at all timesMicrosoftSuite(Work, Outlook, Excel, Power Point, etc.)Previous experience working in a similar resort settingMust be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidaysTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE:One (1) year of previous guest services experience in the slot department of a similar resort settingProficiency in fundamental mathematical skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and money handlingExceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholdersCapable of standing and walking for a majority of the shiftAble to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal formsTHE PERKS & BENEFITS:Health & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees)Professional and personal development opportunities through employee programs and network groupsFree meals in our Excalibur employee dining roomFree parking on and off-shift at all MGM Resorts propertiesWellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentallyAccess to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts
