Responsibilities
•Communicate effectively with existing customers via phone and email to drive revenue growth and address challenges.•Develop and maintain a proactive pipeline of potential clients.•Achieve assigned sales goals.•Collaborate with clients to comprehend their needs and goals.•Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technological advancements by participating in continuous training.•Manage the Customer Relationship Database diligently.
Qualifications
•2 years of experience in sales and/or account management preferred, audio-visual experience is advantageous but not mandatory.•Strong self-motivation to achieve sales goals and acquire new business.•Proven history of building and nurturing customer relationships.•Demonstrated aptitude for strategic, solution-oriented issue resolution.•Excellent communication and attentive listening abilities.•Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and dependable work ethic.•Effective organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.•Capable of collaborating within a team environment and working independently.•Possession of a valid driver's license and a spotless driving record.
