You'll shape the regional go-to-market strategy, optimize distributor networks, and lead a high-performing team. As a key member of both global and regional leadership, you'll influence strategy, drive new business, and elevate team performance for impactful results.
What you will do:Be responsible for year on year of profitable growth of the Industrial Trade & Converting business unitsProvide insights on market trends, and play a pivotal role in cross-functional projects as a key player on both global and North American leadership teamsHelp shape the North American strategy within scope of the global strategy as a member of both the regional leadership team for North America as well as global leadership teamDrive year-over-year profitable growth and be at the forefront of business strategy.Create a powerful distribution & converter channel network - both traditional and digitalGuide a high-performing team, shaping their professional journey through targeted objectives and sales strategiesLead growth and innovationWhat you will need:
University degree, MBA preferred12+ years of sales and marketing leadership experienceExperience with PNL responsibility in a matrix organizationDistribution management experienceStrategic thinking combined with leadership skills, business acumen, and multicultural/multilevel communications skills are essential for successStrong presentation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRMInternational experience and demonstrated success operating within matrixed organizations, preferred
