We are hiring a
Sr. Marketing Specialist
in Steelcase's Conference & Collaborative segment. This category is committed to evolving our portfolio with new research-based products while maintaining relevance of existing products through continued investment. Your focus will be on executing product line and brand launch tactics for our conferencing segment which includes Coalesse and Viccarbe brand products.What You Will Be Doing:
Executing product line and marketing tactics in support of plans for the assigned products/programs.Tactics may relate to areas such as merchandising, competitive analysis, training development, or pricing.Analyzing customer needs, competitive information and sales trends to assist in decision making regarding product features and functions.Representing and making marketing decisions when working closely with other disciples (engineering, manufacturing, sales, training, marketing services, marketing communications, product development, industrial design) in new product development and lifecycle management.Contributing to the formulation of marketing plans for new or existing products/programs.Answering questions regarding product/program features and competitive information for the field sales and dealer sales professionals.Participating in and/or making presentations to visiting groups for designated product(s)/program(s).Maintaining close liaison with field sales, dealers and customers as part of continuing marketing support and analysis program.Your Future Team:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, related field or comparable working experienceAt least 2 years of marketing or sales related experiencePreferred Skills and Competencies:
