For this role, you will oversee all phases of a large-scale marketing technology program, focusing on the development and scaling of digital media networks.
Responsibilities
Define program strategies, processes, and design frameworks to drive successful program outcomes. Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints; develop and implement solutions to overcome them. Lead program review processes, offering stakeholders timely, accurate updates, and key recommendations to support decision-making and progress assessment. Facilitate third-party assurance reviews and address identified issues to maintain confidence in meeting timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. Define and execute a robust stakeholder engagement plan, ensuring alignment and effective communication across business, technology, and vendor teams. Work with stakeholders to define baseline metrics and conduct post-implementation analyses to track and measure program benefits and value realization. Support product and technology portfolio strategic planning, prioritization, budgeting, and goal setting. Foster a culture of innovation through collaboration, brainstorming, and ideation events. Implement new processes to enhance team efficiency, quality, and creativity. Build and coach a high-performing team, setting clear performance standards, supporting Agile practices, and providing continuous training and professional growth opportunities. Qualifications
Master's degree or higher preferred. PMP Certification preferred. OCM or Change Management Professional Certification is a plus. 15+ years of relevant work experience, including 7-10 years in program management within the retail industry. 5+ years of experience in MarTech or digital media networks. Experience managing strategic vendor relationships or acting as the primary point of contact for strategic partnerships Strong proficiency in SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Strategic planning and program execution. Proven ability to innovate and drive continuous improvement. Advanced stakeholder management and reporting skills. Organizational change management principles and tools.
