Director - Creative Operations

Overview
As an Director - Creative Operations, you will play a key role in working with internal media activation and operations teams and external stakeholders to manage the creative asset workflow associated with digital media campaigns. This role's primary focus and responsibility is the management of asset delivery, including production timelines and technical specifications, and routing of digital display, video, and other creative assets between the client, internal teams, creative agencies, and media partners. The Director, Creative Operations also plays a vital role with the media team to illustrate the media plan and assists in presenting plans to the client.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience working at a creative or digital media agencyExperience managing a direct team as well as cross-managing across teamsFoundational knowledge of digital media creative and technical specsAbility to manage a team overseeing multiple campaigns simultaneously-strong project management (time management, organization, and prioritization) skills are a mustStrong client services experience with ability to build a client facing relationshipHigh degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively and efficiently across disciplines with colleagues, clients, and partners at all levelsKnowledge and skills typically acquired through the completion of undergraduate studies in advertising, marketing, or a related fieldExperience supporting clients in the entertainment industry preferredResponsibilities
Lead client relationship for creative asset management and campaign deliverablesOversee Creative Ops team and help them manage campaign deliverables including creative kick-off calls with internal and external stakeholders and creating and managing spec sheets in collaboration with media teamsAct as team lead with internal stakeholders providing clear status updates each week to appropriate teams for all pending, complete, or at-risk asset itemsManage campaign asset development process, including production timelines and routing of assets between client, creative agencies, and media partnerEnsure QA of delivered creative assets to confirm that all expected items have been received and meet basic spec requirements (such as file type, file size, and clip length)Manage relationship with Ad Ops to ensure creative assets are trafficked and set live correctly and on timeSupporting process execution of the client creative asset delivery process

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
Compensation Range
$130,000-$160,000 USD
