Job Summary
The Vice President of Employee Communications will lead the development and delivery of a strategic employee communications program for Comcast’s Central Division. This role will serve as a key part of the Division Communications team, collaborating across HQ, Division, & Region communications.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
This position is for a hands-on, senior communications professional with experience leading, designing and transforming employee communications programs to be delivered at scale. The body of work will include the development of a compelling narrative leveraging the voice of our Division President & Senior Leadership team; employee content and events designed to reach people leaders and frontline employees; a division-wide employee ambassador program; and a fit-for-purpose ecosystem of modern employee communication channels.
As leader of the function, the ideal candidate will have experience advising and working with senior executives to develop annual and quarterly plans; leading and developing a team of employee communications leaders and professionals; developing goals and priorities that align with our annual business plan; measuring and analyzing performance; driving short-term and long-term changes to improve team operations, culture, and outcomes; and other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
