As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will report to the Marketing Director and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
Support and execute the bank's overall digital marketing initiatives in partnership with the Marketing Director and agency partners.Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive conversions.Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers on integrated marketing campaigns.Maintain and update website content, propose new ideas to enhance website performance, and ensure accuracy.Utilize tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics to provide reporting on campaign performance, trends, and areas for improvement.Monitor and manage the bank's online reputation by addressing customer feedback and inquiries promptly.Maintain digital signage in branch lobbies and on-hold phone messages.Monitor and manage the online reputation of the brand addressing customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in marketing, with 1-3 years specifically in online marketing.Solid understanding of SEO, email marketing, and digital marketing best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, both independently and collaboratively.Positive, self-motivated attitude with a desire to propose new ideas and contribute to the team's success.Experience with online advertising, email marketing, and social media platforms.Why Work with Us?
