The Audience Activation team is part of Magnite's larger Audience organization and is responsible for integrating, managing, and activating audience data for targeting across our platforms. As a member of this team, you'll get a chance to sit at the intersection of data, technology, and strategy and play a role in influencing the effectiveness of data-enriched advertising. This role offers an environment where you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with business stakeholders, engineers, data scientists, and other product managers to solve problems and innovate new features and solutions for Magnite platforms.
In this role you will:
* Assist in the planning and execution of audience data integration projects by documenting and communicating project requirements, progress, and outcomes
* Work with internal teams including Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to ensure project timelines and goals are met
* Collaborate with external partners to ensure successful integration and maintenance of data feeds by monitoring and analyzing data integration performance and suggesting improvements
* Provide first-level support for issues related to audience data and identity solutions on Magnite Streaming and DV+ platforms
* Investigate and troubleshoot data discrepancies and technical issues, collaborating with engineering and data teams to resolve complex problems, documenting troubleshooting steps and processes to streamline workflows
* Analyze audience data and provide insights to support product development and optimization
* Create, maintain, and disseminate reports on key performance metrics related to audience and identity solutions
* Contribute to the ideation and development of new features and enhancements for our audience and identity products
* Gather and document user feedback and market research to inform product decisions
* Bring a product to market in partnership with Product Marketing and Senior Product Management partners
We're looking for someone with:
* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical work experience
* 4+ years of experience with most of that time focused on product management, developing products for digital advertising. A technical background is a plus but not required
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a high degree of comfort in interacting with data. SQL or advanced Excel skills are a big plus
* Deep knowledge of advertising technologies, including ad serving, SSPs, DSPs, and DMPs is a huge plus.
* A high degree of comfort with roadmap development and writing detailed Product Requirements Documents that explain both the technical and business problems to be solved
* General experience with Publisher technologies and/or software as a service technology
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with customers, internal teams, and senior management

In New York, the base salary range for this position is: $115,000 - $135,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
