*pay range for the position is 19-20 hour
6 month contract to possible perm and extensions
Day-to-Day:
The candidate should provide AV support to conference rooms, prepare conference rooms for upcoming presentations, perform post-conference check for conference room, present company supplied briefing materials using installed or company furnished audio-visual equipment, display company supplied briefings via PowerPoint, video, projectors, and audio PA systems.
Maintain and operate a wide variety of VTC equipment to include cameras, microphones, audio and video playback, recording, and duplication devices
Conduct routine operational tests and fault isolation on AV/VTC systems and equipment
Reserve, schedule, and set up audio visual equipment as required
Coordinate requirements with Deloitte and distant-end, using the appropriate software to update reservations database
Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma
5 years of AV Tech experience
Hands-on experience with VTC equipment like cameras, microphones, audio and video playback, recording, and duplication devices
They should know what a LAN is and how to troubleshoot network related issues
Plusses:
Experience with Crestron hardware Cisco cameras and codecs, and Biamp DSPs
