About the team
The Creator Marketing Team delivers best-in-class campaigns and events that drive product awareness & adoption and amplify key creator narratives.

Responsibilities
- Develop, refine and execute the global Creator Marketing Strategy in support of the overall Creator Team mission to inspire and support creators to reach their personal and professional aspirations through content
- Drive global creator marketing initiatives working seamlessly across cross-functional and internal teams to deliver impact to key creator marketing objectives and achieving key metric targets
- Create and distribute scalable playbooks to standardize and guide regional/local stakeholders in how they execute creator events and campaigns locally, ensuring ongoing collaboration and consultation with these stakeholders
- Design and implement campaigns targeting TikTok and non-TikTok creators to build trust, foster community & connection, improve creator perception, and boost product adoption across key creator narratives.
- Deliver best-in-class creator events, including TikTok-owned events such as TikTok Awards and Creator Summits, as well as industry events in line with business objectives and with a measurement-driven approach
- Drive the product marketing (PMM) responsibilities for creator-targeted products, including GTM (go to market) strategy, creative, media and measurement.
- Analyze product goals and issues in order to create high level strategies to address key product awareness and engagement issues through creator marketing-led solutions
- Establish regular communication channels, feedback loops and operational processes with regional/local stakeholders to collect and consolidate feedback on creator campaigns and events to adapt and improve the Creator Marketing Strategy going forward
- Optimize the efficiency of on and off platform marketing channels to drive greater conversion of the team's creator campaigns and events.
- Develop and implement the @TikTokCreators social media strategy and oversee social agency support.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Creator Marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Significant years of marketing experience and command of core marketing competencies, with a focus on creator and/or product marketing.
- Strong project management & time management skills, with keen ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem and experience working with creators across various platforms.
- Excellent strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies.
- Experience working with local/regional/global teams and delivering work that resonates across markets.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Preferred qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proven track record in developing and executing large-scale events and marketing campaigns.
