Director, Customer Experience Marketing, ZejulaAs the Customer Experience Marketing Lead for Zejula in the Oncology business unit at GSK, you will be responsible for strategy and execution of marketing efforts and tactics that help achieve brand goals and support patients, caregivers, Advanced Practice Providers, and others. You will work with internal and external partners to gain insights on the patient community to create the patient brand strategy and pull that through to a tactical plan and execution. You will identify and lead development of digital and non-digital patient assets such as web, social, mobile, print materials as well as innovative tactics to create a complete patient experience and omnichannel marketing approach. The role will also be responsible for patient digital media buys and using insights and measurement to optimize the patient omnichannel campaigns. This role will primarily focus on patient, but also lead tactics for other non-MD customers such as pharmacists or hospital administrators, as well as provide strong partnership with the Patient Support Services and account teams. You will be part of a high-performing team moving with focus and pace to be ambitious for patients, and the role may provide you the opportunity to lead direct report, customer experience marketing managers.This role will report to the US Brand Lead.Strong Preference for the Director to be based out of Philadelphia (FMC).This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:Understand the patient community impacted by Advanced Ovarian Cancer, the competitive landscape, and complex trends in the US marketplace to effectively contribute to the development, approval and deployment of patient focused marketing strategy, campaigns, & materials.Identify and build effective relationships with internal stakeholders to lead cross functional matrix partners towards a common goal and excellent execution.Analyze external and internal data to identify gaps and opportunities for the patient strategy.Create and lead key direct-to-patient focused marketing activities and tactics to support initiatives for patients with a collaborative mindset to deliver optimal impact.Partner with and manage multiple agencies and external partners to develop creative and execute promotional programs, evaluate project budget, and ensure project progress & delivery.Develop KPIs, track performance and optimize omnichannel marketing programs for maximum impact.Ensure adherence to GSK International Code of Pharmaceutical Marketing and confirm that codes are implemented and applied appropriately.Working in an agile manner to pivot based on changes in the market and oncology portfolio.Potentially lead a customer experience marketing teamWhy you?Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:Bachelor's degree5 plus years of marketing experience1 year plus of patient OR payer pharmaceutical marketing experience1 year plus of Digital marketing experienceAbility to travel up to 25% of the time, including some weekendsPreferred Qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:Marketing experiences should result in demonstration of the following:
A comprehensive understanding of advanced marketing concepts including market analysis, consumer behavior, branding, positioning, and strategic planningProficiency in utilizing a wide range of marketing tools and techniques such as advanced digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, automation software, and CRM systems.
Proven proactive leadership skills.Management of direct reports and cross-functional team leadership experience.More than five years' experience in pharmaceutical marketing in specialty therapeutic areasKnowledge of the US healthcare system, market environment, customer care, and competitors especially in rare disease or hematology-oncologyExcellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills for a wide variety of audiencesAbility to interact and influence a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.A specialized marketing degree or advanced degree such as a Master's degree in business administration (MBA)#LI-GSK
