Job Description

Cetera Financial Group (CFG) is seeking an experienced and motivated Advisor Growth Content Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing high-quality content that drives advisor growth and enhances the overall advisor experience. You will work closely with advisors to source best practices, develop growth roadmaps, and analyze the effectiveness of content strategies to ensure continuous improvement.

What you will do:

Content Creation & Curation
  • Develop & Write Content: Create compelling content tailored for financial advisors, including articles, white papers, case studies, blog posts, and email campaigns that address their needs and challenges.
  • Content Management: Oversee the content calendar, ensuring timely publication and alignment with strategic goals. Maintain an organized repository of content assets for easy access and distribution.
  • Curate Best Practices: Gather and synthesize insights from top-performing advisors to develop and share actionable best practices.

Sourcing & Collaboration
  • Advisor Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors to gather feedback, insights, and success stories. Use this information to refine content and strategies.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales to align content with overall business objectives and market trends.

Growth Roadmaps
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement growth roadmaps that outline key content initiatives, target audience segments, and measurable outcomes.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Testing & Optimization
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing and other experimental approaches to assess the impact of different content formats, messages, and distribution channels.
  • Analyze Results: Use analytics tools to measure content performance, gather insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimizing future content strategies.

What you need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or a related role, with a focus on financial services or a similar industry.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Strong understanding of financial services and advisor needs.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required for advisor meetings and industry events.
