The Product Data & Content Specialist will be responsible for managing item maintenance in ERP system (A+) and product content in Insite ecommerce system (ShopAPT website), including initial set up and ongoing maintenance. Ensures data quality, compliance and operating procedures are followed correctly to provide accurate product data for both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

You will:

  • Manage item maintenance in the ERP system (A+) and product content in the onsite e-commerce system (ShopAPT website), including initial set-up and ongoing maintenance.
  • Ensure data quality, compliance and operating procedures are followed correctly to provide accurate product data for both internal and external customers.
  • Set up and assign new stock and special order merchandise
  • Maintain items in A+
  • Set up new items on ShopAPT with rich product content including titles, descriptions, marketing copy and attributes using information provided by vendor and manufacturer published data.
  • Manage filtering and categorization of all products on ShopAPT, as well as, entering of meta data, synonyms and other data to improve search results.
  • Ongoing review and updating of product content to keep information accurate, relevant and consistent. Promptly correct all mistakes/errors found or reported.
  • Act as primary liaison with import partners


Qualifications:

You have:

  • Previous experience working with ERP systems and Database Management Systems.
  • Ability to identify data quality issues and recommend the best action to address them.
  • A proactive problem-solver with excellent analytical, project management, process improvement, and creative thinking skills.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite
  • Bachelors degree required; 3-5 years experience preferred.
