6 years of UX editorial and standards review of content experiences with a major emphasis on UX flows In-depth knowledge of content design principles/systems, SEO best practices and accessibility guidelines Expert in creating style guides, using brand/style guidelines/design systems, and aligning content to standards, tone, etc. to help drive consistency across digital experiences. Provide quality editing support in a fast-paced environment and give constructive day-to-day feedback and guidance to a team of user experience writers.
To conventionalize the screens and wire framing them, sharing with all stakeholders and iterating the wireframe screens.
To test with sample users to ensure that the developed output meets the requirements specified.
To understand the current product (heuristic evaluation), competitor product analysis, customer feedback.
To understand the featuresortasks related to the new product.
To understand the user and create a persona (user description) and scenario (interaction with product).
