About the Role:
UX Content Editor / UX Content Writer
MUST HAVE USER EXPERIENCE (UX) CONTENT & EDITING EXPERIENCE (not a designer position)
In this position you will use your UX writing and content design skills to help re-imagine the digital experiences for a range of member-based insurance products. This is an opportunity to ensure members have a coherent, consistent experience across all touchpoints including online flows, landing pages, email, text messages, and push notifications. We are seeking individuals with experience working cross-functionally with business, design, legal, compliance and technology stakeholders to identify business problems, provide content opportunities, present project-level content strategy solutions, and drive for cohesive and compliant content across platforms.
Experience Required:
- Must have UX writing / content design / content strategy experience.
- Must have experience creating user flows (from the user's perspective) such as multi-step product selection tools, user registrations, checkout experiences, etc.
- Experience reviewing content experiences for editorial consistency and standards alignment.
- Able to provide quality UX writing support in a fast-paced environment, working closely with editors, designers, and product teams.
- Able to provide quality editing support in a fast-paced environment and give constructive day-to-day feedback and guidance to a team of user experience writers.
- Must be comfortable collaborating with product and design teams in Figma to define user flows, wireframes, and to prepare the content that supports the experience.
- Must be able to work directly in design tools (Figma) to contribute and edit UX content directly in flows.
- Able to identify needed customer touchpoints surrounding online flows (e.g., push notifications, emails) and create all content that provides a coherent experience.
- Able to translate business requirements, current product features, competitor product analysis, and customer feedback into improved user experiences.
- Ability to test designed flows with sample users to ensure that the developed output meets the requirements specified.
- Able to understand and create user descriptions (persona) and scenarios (interaction definition) to support product stakeholder review and development team handoffs.
User Flow example and Portfolios will be required. This is NOT a User Experience Designer role.
