The Aspen Group is looking for a Social Media Content Creator to support the ClearChoice Dental Implant Center brand. ClearChoice is a nationwide brand that offers a variety of tooth replacement solutions to individuals seeking permanent results. In this role, you'll help shoot, edit and create assets for ClearChoice's Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other social media accounts to educate potential patients, showcase expertise and highlight results and benefits. We are looking for a self-starter who is familiar with social media creative and algorithms, is agile, identifies opportunities and comes with fresh ideas. This role is part of the Social Center of Excellence and will may work on other projects to support the enterprise. This role may work with other creative and influencer agency partners to ensure cohesive strategy and tone.
Responsibilities
Create various forms of long and short form social media content including video, animation and still imagery. Content will be used across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and more for organic and paid social.Write creative briefs, create storyboards, outline scripts, film, photograph, and edit content for high-quality posts.Capture real-time moments and edit the content quickly for timely posting, sometimes with a same-day turnaround.Be able to leverage native channels and listening platforms for functions like publishing and reporting.Be a social media consumer who is up to date on what's working and trending. Know how to capitalize on social moments but understand how to balance what does and does not make sense for the brand.Publish posts according to the established social media content calendar.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that every piece of content is relevant and helps the company drive business.Ensure every piece of content you create aligns with our brand voice, adheres to legal practices and is vetted through clinical stakeholders as necessary.Constantly brainstorm and curate new ideas based on social channels' best practices and brand messaging strategies.Work closely with Head of Social Media, Social Media Manager and stakeholders to find storytelling opportunities.Proactively stay up-to-date on news and updates within the current social ecosystem as well as any platforms on the horizon.Seek ways to improve content creation processes and embrace new ways of working.Requirements
Deep knowledge of social media platforms, tools and strategiesAbility to work with creative tools like Capcut, Canva etc.Knowledge of how paid social works and can be optimizedProven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms-TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTubeAbility to turn an idea into compelling contentCan transform content to reflect brand voice and identity in digital contentDemonstrates an ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced and changing environmentOccasional travel requiredBachelors degree in creative, marketing, communications preferred2-4 years of content creation experience with brand or agency
Salary: $65-70k
