The Specialist, Digital Media will be part of a team responsible for deploying and managing paid digital media to meet business outcomes for one or more brands (e.g. Aspen Dental, ClearChoice, WellNow Urgent Care). Reporting to the Director, Digital Media, this contributor will play a critical role in the execution of all precision media including, but not limited to, Programmatic Display & OLV, CTV, YouTube, Paid Search & Paid Social advertising.

They will collaborate closely with other marketing team members and third parties to execute the digital media plan flawlessly. The Specialist, Digital Media, will be responsible for managing and executing channel operations and providing support to the Digital Media team.

Essential Responsibilities

Thoroughly understand the brand(s), objectives and target customersActively participate in meetings and proactively document key takeaways and action items.Assimilate data from multiple sources, compiling the information to draw insights and make recommendations to various stakeholders.Support channel strategies in collaboration with internal teams, media partners and agenciesSupport internal operations of digital media channels in collaboration with cross-functional partners (e.g., integration with other channels, billing, partnership internal service line leaders). Strong project management skills are required for this role.Liaise with internal & external stakeholder to ensure media activations reflect business requirements & needs.Support new digital media channels through targeted investment, the understanding of changing consumer behaviors and the evolving media landscape.Translate business goals into digital media tactics and effectively executing those tactics in partnership with internal and agency teamsUnderstand and manage channel-level KPIs, identify opportunities for optimization and expansionRequirements/Qualifications

Education Level: Bachelor's DegreeJob Related/Industry Experience: 2+ yearsThe ideal candidate is a problem solver who is business oriented and obsessed with understanding TAG business goals. And have experience using diagnostic marketing metrics as leading indicators of business outcomesThe ideal candidate has experience across one or more digital media channels, preferably Programmatic & Video.The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the "metrics that matter" and is effective at translating media metrics into actionable insights for the business.They will be a 'hands-on' contributor able to dive into channel-level reporting and management toolsThe ideal candidate has experience working in and with Media Platforms such as; Display & Video 360, GA4, Google Ads, etc.They will have experience balancing competing priorities with excellent communication skills (both written & oral).This person will have experience from a large scaled retailer or similar organizationThis contributor must be viewed by others as having a high degree of integrity and forethought in their approach, the ability to act in a transparent and consistent manner while always taking into account what is best for the organization

Salary: $62,000 - $85,000 + bonus opportunity.
