Candidates interested in remote work are encouraged to apply.**Purpose and Scope:**To enhance the efficient and effective operation of the Ethics & Compliance Program across E&C and Astellas through design, development and deployment of global E&C training and communications.**Essential Job Responsibilities:**+ To oversee the authoring and drive the maintenance and continuous improvement of the operating standards for Ethics & Compliance Program training & communication tools which enhance the culture of Integrity across E&C and Astellas.+ To direct and lead projects and training programs to ensure that colleagues are supported to a uniformly high standard with their application and use of training and communication tools and resources.+ To develop and implement analysis techniques that enable training and communications data to generate insights that support business partnering conversations and / or innovation and operational effectiveness gains.+ Development, leadership and management of E&C training and communications developmental training (Technology, Agile, SharePoint).+ Manages contracting process and project development with external learning and communications design and development vendors.+ To oversee and assure the provision of timely and accurate reporting data and business insights from Ethics & Compliance tools and systems to enable the management of the Ethics & Compliance program.+ To identify and implement opportunities to drive the integration of the Ethics & Compliance Program through globalization of Ethics & Compliance resources, systems, programs, and processes.+ To support the Head, E&C Transformation, Training & Communications with the development and deployment of the program through internal and external Business Partners.+ To influence the evolution of the Ethics & Compliance Training & Compliance strategy through external and internal insights of training & communication tools, systems and processes that could enhance the Ethics & Compliance program.**Qualifications Required:**+ Four-year degree or equivalent (5 years pharmaceutical/healthcare experience, 10 years training, communications or business experience) required.+ Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles, and global training and communications methodology and technology.+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.+ Ability to develop training content (e.g., live workshops, eLearning storyboards) and global learning plans.+ Ability to communicate in English language given the global reach of role.+ Ability to work in a multi-cultural and matrixed, global organization.+ Excellent project management skills. Ability to prioritize and work simultaneously on multiple projects, strong attention to detail, and ability to organize and analyze complex information and data.+ Strong analytical skills. Ability to interpret rules and guidelines, and ability to conceptualize policies, procedures, and controls.+ Ability to demonstrate sound and independent judgment, prudence, and maturity in complex and sensitive cases.+ Exceptional ethics and commitment to integrity, interpersonal skills, professionalism, and collegiality.+ Proven ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality in highly sensitive matters.**Preferred Required:**+ Pharmaceutical industry experience.+ Experience in Compliance or related functions (e.g., regulatory, legal, audit, or risk).+ Ability to negotiate contracts and manage external vendors.+ Ability to use Storyline, Camtasia (video) or other training/communications software.+ Highly competent using PowerPoint, SharePoint Online.+ Understanding of Agile methodology.+ Use of Excel and Word.**Working Environment:**+ At Astellas we recognize the importance of work/life balance, and we are proud to offer a hybrid working solution allowing time to connect with colleagues at the office with the flexibility to also work from home.
