Position Summary
Content Creators at Pinkston work collaboratively with multiple internal teams to create quality content for clients and their social channels. As a content creator, you will conceptualize innovative organic and paid social media campaigns that leverage current social trends. The content creator in this specific role must be comfortable working with a broad range of clients, including faith-based or Christian non-profits and other religious organizations. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of creating digital content around a client's brand aesthetic and within the parameters of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube. This position generates quarterly analytics reports for clients across multiple social platforms.

Role Responsibilities
Collaborate and strategize with internal teams to create organic social media content that aligns with clients' brand messaging, tone and style.Develop creative and compelling content, including graphics, reels, videos, photos, etc., for clients' social media channels- such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and others.Develop and execute organic social media campaigns that strategically align with client goals and brand voice and leverage current social media trends.Stay current on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure content is optimized for maximum engagement.Proofread, edit, and review content for accuracy and optimization across social platforms.Provide recommendations to clients across multiple platforms to help meet their social media goals.Generate regular analytic reports for clients across multiple social media platforms.Skills & Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in communications, marketing, journalism or a related fieldProficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and a strong understanding of social media algorithms and metricsProficient in using social media management tools such as Sprout SocialA keen eye for design and still photography and/or videographyStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to adapt to change, meet deadlines, and prioritize client deliverablesStrong organizational skills to manage simultaneous projects and short deadlinesPreferred
2+ years of experience in social media content creation and managementExperience with launching and overseeing social media ads and boosted posts
